Restaurant Supervisor – Pearl Aldinga Beach

Pearl is a beachside restaurant and kiosk on the Aldinga foreshore, serving Australian seafood, local produce and wine in a relaxed coastal setting. We’re looking for a Restaurant Supervisor to join our team and help us continue to deliver an amazing dining experience as we head into a busy season.

About the Role

As a supervisor, you’ll work closely with the owners and our front of house crew to keep service running smoothly. You’ll be a natural host, confident leading a small team on the floor, and happy to jump in wherever needed.

What You’ll Do

- Lead by example and create a warm, welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

- Support and motivate the FOH team during service.

- Assist with training recent staff and building team culture.

- Manage reservations, floor plans and guest enquiries.

- Oversee payments,



POS and end-of-day close.

- Maintain high standards of service, safety and presentation.

What We’re Looking For

- Previous experience in a supervisor or senior waitstaff role.

- Strong people skills and a hands-on leadership style.

- Organised, reliable and calm under pressure.

- Passion for great food, wine and hospitality.
