About the Role

We are currently seeking a agile and experienced Casual Duty Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the club, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for all members and guests.

This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality and gaming environment and is passionate about customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Managing staff, including training, rostering, and on-shift supervision

- Ensuring compliance with OH&S;, Food Hygiene, and licensing regulations

- Identifying opportunities to increase sales and revenue while controlling costs

- Delivering exceptional customer service and guest experiences

- Leading by example and fostering a positive team culture

- Overseeing events, functions, and club activities

- Monitoring club facilities,



equipment, and supplies

- Resolving member and guest concerns professionally and efficiently

- Assisting with administrative duties as required

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar Duty Manager or supervisory role within the hospitality and gaming industries

- Current RSA, RSG, and RMLV qualifications

- Approved Managers Licence and Working with Children Blue Card (desirable but not essential)

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

- A customer-focused attitude with a passion for hospitality

- Experience using POS systems and standard office software

- Australian citizenship is required for this position.
