Our client is an established multidisciplinary allied health provider that offers a range of Occupational Therapy, psychology and rehabilitation services. The paediatric OT arm supports children and families primarily through mobile and community-based services, with strong referral relationships across the region.

The service is predominantly NDIS-focused, with most paediatric clients presenting with Autism, ADHD and developmental needs. You will work alongside psychologists, rehabilitation professionals and an established OT network, with genuine autonomy over how you structure your week.

About the Role

Your week may include:

- Predominantly paediatric OT across home, school and community settings
- Supporting children with autism, ADHD and a range of developmental and functional needs
- Mobile and community-based therapy as the primary service model
- Occasional use of a dedicated therapy room when clinically appropriate
- A large established caseload across the Newcastle, Maitland and Singleton regions
- Travel forming part of the working day, rather than being added outside your working hours
- Flexible appointment scheduling, with autonomy over how you structure your week
- Flexibility to build higher-billing days around longer travel days, with lighter days available for administration, reports and professional development
- Ability to complete administration and reports from home or the office
- Potential to build a mixed caseload of NDIS and workers compensation clients where appropriate

The existing OT team has established referral relationships and experience across paediatric NDIS work, with support available for both early career and experienced clinicians.

- Autonomy to structure appointments around travel, clinical needs and your preferred working pattern
- A fully maintained vehicle that is allocated to you
- Fuel reimbursement, with registration, insurance and servicing also covered
- The ability to travel directly from home to appointments and complete administration from home
- Annual bonus opportunities linked to achievement of agreed targets
- Time in lieu available where targets are exceeded

About You

- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
- Current AHPRA registration
- Current Australian working rights
- Current driver's licence
- Comfortable working in mobile and community-based settings
- Interest in or experience with paediatric and NDIS Occupational Therapy

New graduates and clinicians with limited paediatric experience are encouraged to apply, provided they are open to developing their clinical skills with structured support.
