Are you passionate about promoting a healthy and active lifestyle for children? Do you enjoy engaging with your community and sharing exciting experiences? Rec Alley is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join us as brand ambassadors!

ABOUT REC ALLEY

Rec Alley opened its doors in March, 2017 with a mission to get children in Western Sydney active and healthy through quality gymnastics programming.

Rec Alley classes include Alley Kinder gym, recreational gymnastics, levels, parkour, trickers (acro), tumbling, and much more. Going beyond gymnastics, Rec Alley encourages healthy living and great behaviours through designing programs that cover areas such as anti-bullying, diversity and inclusion, socialising and much more.

Rec Alley has been honored with the Gymnastics NSW Large Club of the Year award not once, but twice, in 2018 and 2019. Additionally, it proudly holds the title of being the second-largest club in NSW.

ABOUT REC ALLEY’S BRAND AMBASSADOR TEAM

We're looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our brand ambassador (sales) team. As a Rec Alley Brand Ambassador, you'll be the face of our vibrant club, engaging with the community through exciting activities and ensuring that all enquiries are handled with professionalism and care.

Community engagement activities can include attending local sporting events, local shopping centres and similar community outreach activities with the goal of promoting the Rec Alley mission of getting children and families active.

Furthermore,



the team is tasked with achieving KPIs related to enquiries, trial bookings, and follow-up on trial experiences. In most cases, the promotions and brand ambassador team will be the first contact families have with Rec Alley.

ABOUT THE ROLE

- Get involved in community engagement activities that spread the word about Rec Alley's awesome programs and services.

- Handle enquiries with a smile, providing all the information needed in a friendly and skilled manner.

- Be a champion for the Rec Alley brand, embodying our values of fun, happiness and being active.

DUTIES

- Be part of our thrilling community engagement activities that showcase the excitement of Rec Alley's programs and services.

- Handle enquiries with a flair for performance, providing all the information needed in an engaging and professional manner.

- Achieve trial booking and sign-up targets through various sales promotions activities.

SKILLS, INTERESTS, AND EXPERIENCE

- A passion for promoting children's health and fitness

- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor

- Ability to handle enquiries efficiently and professionally.

- A love for engaging with the community and spreading positivity

- Working with Children Check and national police check*
