About the role

Simpson Quinn is a boutique law firm based on the Sunshine Coast working with small to medium-sized businesses and private clients across a broad range of legal matters. Our current Law Graduate will be admitted in October and we are looking for her replacement.

In this role, you'll mainly work in commercial litigation and construction law, while also getting the chance to assist with commercial and transactional matters when needed. You'll work directly with the firm's directors and receive plenty of guidance and mentoring along the way.

We’re ideally looking for someone to join us full-time. The role is based in our Maroochydore office - remote working is not available. However, we are prepared to be flexible with days and hours of work, especially for those needing time for exams or study.

Key responsibilities

- Work in commercial litigation and construction law

- Assist with commercial and transactional matters





- Be involved in high-quality work from day one

About you

- Final-year law student, recent graduate, or junior solicitor

- Solid written and verbal communication skills

- Solid academic results

- Motivated, curious, and eager to keep learning

- Available to start mid October (date is flexible)
