We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running in Victoria, with existing contacts and an established respect within our industry.

Qualifications & experience

- Swimming pool industry experience is essential!

- At least 3 years in business development, with a proven record of sales growth via recent business.

- Solid skills in time management,



communication, presentation, organisation, and logical problem-solving.

- Excellent customer service orientation, able to connect with trades, distributors, and direct customers.

- Capability to deliver clear troubleshooting advice in simple terms.

Tasks & responsibilities

- Maintain and expand the existing customer base across Victoria, Tasmania & South Australia.

- Prospect and secure new business to meet sales budgets.

- Deliver top-tier support and training to trade and distribution partners.

- Participate in trade and consumer shows as needed.

- Primarily field-based with a home office.
