Position Overview

Civeo is seeking a proactive Retail Systems & Capability Coordinator to support retail systems, processes and capability across our national village network.

This newly created role is focused on coordinating the implementation, maintenance and optimisation of retail systems and operational processes across multiple sites. Working closely with Retail Operations, Village Teams, Finance, IT and Supply Chain, you will help ensure retail systems, POS platforms, inventory processes and operational standards are consistently applied and understood.

A key component of the role is supporting site teams through training, coaching and practical system guidance, while assisting with system rollouts, process improvements and change initiatives. You will also use data and operational insights to identify opportunities to improve compliance, efficiency, stock management and overall retail performance.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys coordinating projects, supporting stakeholders, solving operational issues and working directly with frontline teams. Extensive travel will be required, particularly during the first six months, with regular site visits to support training, capability development, system adoption and operational improvement initiatives.

We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in hospitality, retail, food & accommodation services or other high-volume operational environments who have an understanding of POS systems, inventory management, stock control processes and the role technology play in supporting operational success.

Key Responsibilities





- Support and administer retail technology platforms, including POS, inventory and stock control systems.

- Analyse stock management, inventory processes and operational workflows to identify opportunities for improvement.

- Support system rollouts, upgrades, process improvements and business improvement projects.

- Deliver training, coaching and capability development to village retail teams.

- Conduct site visits to assess compliance, operational standards and system adoption.

- Manage product data, pricing, promotions and system configurations.

- Troubleshoot retail system issues and partner with IT, Finance and operational stakeholders to resolve them.

- Create and maintain procedures, work instructions and training resources.

- Participate in new implementations and retail-related projects across the network.

- Build strong relationships with site leaders and key stakeholders to support successful change adoption.

- Support reporting accuracy and data integrity across retail operations.

Skills & Experience

- Experience in convenience retail, hospitality, accommodation services, remote operations, or grocery sectors.

- Strong understanding of POS systems, inventory management,



stock control and retail operations.

- Experience analysing stock movements, inventory processes and operational data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.

- Solid technical aptitude and confidence working with operational systems and technology.

- Administrative or Project Coordination experience ideally supporting system implementations, upgrades or operational improvement initiatives.

- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

- Experience with inventory systems, product management and pricing administration.
