My client is seeking a dedicated and highly capable SIL Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our Supported Independent Living (SIL) services. About the Role:
As the SIL Manager, you will provide leadership, direction and oversight across multiple SIL homes, ensuring exceptional service delivery, compliance and participant outcomes. Working closely with Directors, Team Leaders, Disability Support Workers, participants, families, allied health professionals, Support Coordinators and other stakeholders, you will coordinate services that empower people with disability to live fulfilling and independent lives.

This is a hands-on leadership role that combines operational management, workforce leadership, participant support coordination, stakeholder engagement, compliance management and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities Participant Support & Service Deliver:
Lead the day-to-day operations of Supported Independent Living (SIL) services, ensuring participants receive safe, high-quality, person-centred supports that promote independence, wellbeing and positive outcomes. Working closely with participants, families, support coordinators, allied health professionals and clinical providers, you will oversee service delivery,



care planning, stakeholder engagement and the coordination of supports aligned to individual goals and NDIS requirements.

As the operational leader, you will manage workforce planning, rostering, team performance, compliance, quality assurance, incident management and continuous improvement initiatives across multiple SIL homes. You'll provide leadership and support to frontline teams while ensuring services operate efficiently, meet regulatory standards and deliver exceptional outcomes for participants.

About You:
You are a solid people leader with a passion for disability services and a proven ability to balance participant outcomes with operational excellence.
To be successful, you will have:

- Minimum 2 years' experience in a leadership role within disability, community services or health.
- Strong understanding of Supported Independent Living (SIL) environments and NDIS-funded services.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing complex participant supports.
- Sound knowledge of NDIS Practice Standards, compliance requirements and quality frameworks.
- Demonstrated experience in workforce planning, rostering and performance management.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong administration, reporting and organisational capabilities.
- Ability to confidently manage incidents,



risk and crisis situations.

Qualifications

- Relevant Degree, Diploma or equivalent qualification in Disability, Community Services, Human Services, Health, Nursing, Management or a related discipline.
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- National Police Check.
- Current driver's licence.
- First Aid and CPR Certification (or willingness to obtain).
