Ballarat Miner's Retreat Motel

We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Motel All-Rounder to join our friendly team. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in their work, and delivers excellent customer service.

As an all-rounder, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the motel, ensuring our guests have a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide friendly and professional customer service to guests

- Handle check-ins and check-outs, bookings, and phone/email enquiries

- Perform housekeeping duties including cleaning rooms, making beds, and restocking supplies

- Maintain cleanliness of common areas and outdoor spaces

- Assist with laundry duties

- Carry out basic maintenance tasks and report any issues





- Ensure the property is presented to a high standard at all times

- Support other team members as required

About You

- Previous experience in a motel, hotel, or hospitality role preferred

- Robust work ethic and ability to work independently

- Friendly, positive, and customer-focused attitude

- Good attention to detail and organisational skills

- Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays

- Physically fit and able to perform cleaning tasks

- Basic computer skills (for bookings/check-ins)

- Valid driver’s licence (preferred but not essential)
