About the role

Bee Dee Bags is on the hunt for a full time Customer Service & Stock Sales Rep to join our team in Hendra, Brisbane. You'll be the friendly face (and voice) our customers turn to — and the driving force keeping our stock and sales moving.

What you'll be doing

- Being the go-to for customers via phone, email and in person — and making every interaction count

- Handling questions and concerns quickly, professionally, and with a smile

- Owning the full sales cycle, from first inquiry through to delivery

- Keeping stock levels on point — managing inventory and placing orders to keep customers supplied

- Helping shape sales strategies that drive real growth

- Pitching in on admin — data entry, filing, and the everyday tasks that keep things moving

What you'll bring

- Strong communication skills and a knack for building genuine customer relationships

- Sharp organisational skills and the ability to juggle a busy, fast-paced workload





- Confidence with CRM systems and Microsoft Office

- A genuine drive to deliver great customer experiences and quality work

- Australian work rights (essential)
