We’re on the lookout for some fresh faces to join our team at Quest at Sydney Olympic Park.

We have several exciting opportunities for Guest Service Agents within our vibrant Front Office team on a full-time and permanent part-time basis. These roles are located in Sydney Olympic Park, NSW, within a thriving, busy 140-room apartment-style hotel.

This role involves all aspects of Front Office operations, including providing friendly, personalised customer service in responding to accommodation enquiries, promoting the business to achieve accommodation sales, processing reservations and ensuring full and accurate data capture, assisting corporate and leisure guests (e.g. check in, explaining hotel facilities and location, check out), and ensuring the smooth running of the hotel reception desk.

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate for these positions will be a self-motivated, detail-oriented individual with a genuine passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences.

You will demonstrate enthusiasm for guest experience with strong interpersonal communication with a high standard of personal presentation, and have a positive and mature approach to your work.

Our Front Office team plays an important role in creating the experience our guests remember, particularly when they return from concerts, sporting events and other major moments at Sydney Olympic Park. We want people who understand that every interaction is an opportunity to make someone's day, create a moment that matters and make their stay effortless.





You will be required to have a flexible approach to your work schedule and will be available to work a rotating roster that may include mornings, weekends and public holidays.
