Our Thebarton Calibration Centre is seeking a Customer Service Officer to act as a central link between customers, technicians, and workshop operations. Your key responsibilities include:

Managing customer enquiries, bookings and quotesCoordinating technician schedulesProviding explicit and timely job updatesSupporting Site Managers with workflow planningMaintaining accurate data and administrative records

We’re seeking a proactive and qualified individual who brings:

Experience in customer service,



scheduling or service advising (automotive highly regarded)A confident and professional phone mannerStrong organisational and problem-solving skillsHigh accuracy in data entry and administrationSolid Microsoft Office skillsThe ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment
