YOUR NEW ROLE

As one of the firm's KEY senior lawyers reporting to a top calibre Accredited Specialist Partner, you will relish the challenge+autonomy+ satisfaction of obtaining justice for your clients in respect of their public liability claims.

IF YOU WISH, flexibility to also add another area eg medical negligence, abuse, WID (depending on your experience).

You will have full-spectrum carriage of your own files-obtaining client instructions, reviewing medical evidence, legal research, providing technical legal advice, liaising with third parties, briefing counsel and attending court/settlement conferences.

WHO YOU ARE

are an admitted solicitor in NSW + have minimum 3+ YEARS experience (OR MORE) in plaintiff personal injury law including in public liability (essential);
have strong legal technical knowledge +drafting & advocacy skills, are client-centric and results- driven;
