YOUR CURRENT ROLE/CAREER
As one of the firm’s KEY litigators, reporting to an incredibly multi-talented well-known Managing Partner, you will relish the challenge+ autonomy+ diversity of taking full ownership of your ‘dual’ litigation practice: 1)sophisticated/high-value commercial disputes; and 2) group/class-actions disputes (with a humanitarian/social justice flavour) in the superior courts.

WHO YOU ARE
We are interested in hearing from you if you:
Are a lawyer admitted to practice in NSW with minimum 4 years (or more) post qualification experience including in: 1) high-end superior court commercial litigation; and/or 2) class actions;
Have solid experience litigating in the higher courts-Federal and Supreme Courts (ESSENTIAL);
have strong technical, advocacy, negotiation+ client management skills;
