YOUR CURRENT ROLE

As a key member of this winning Total & Permanent Disablement/Superannuation/ Insurance Claims division of this first-class plaintiff firm, being mentored by a top industry leading partner+ senior team leader, you will love helping seriously injured clients obtain justice in respect of their TPD/income protection/trauma insurance claims via their superannuation fund+ other insurance policies.

You will have full-spectrum carriage of your own files-obtaining client instructions, reviewing medical evidence+ trust deed/insurance policies, legal research, providing technical legal advice in respect of the viability of the claim, liaising with the super fund, insurers/their solicitors and doctors, briefing counsel and attending court/settlement conferences.

WHO YOU ARE

are an admitted solicitor have MINIMUM 2+ YEARS (or more) experience managing TPD (total permanent disablement) matters making claims via superannuation funds/insurance policies either working in a law firm OR in-house for an insurer or super fund;
