We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and driven Cook with strong work ethics, high personal standards, and interpersonal abilities for our Norwest restaurant located at Ground Floor/8 Elizabeth Macarthur Dr, Bella Vista NSW 2153.

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Woking hour: 38hr/week.

Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 annually commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities of Cook:

Experienced Required: 2+ years
Ordering,



receiving and checking quality and quantities of fruit and vegetables and other raw goods required for cooking
Checking all chopping utensils, tools and equipment
Preparation of all dishes on our menu
Cooking all dishes
Examining food to ensure quality and quantities
Regulate temperature of ovens, grills, deep fryers and all other cooking equipment
Fully Conversant in the use of knives, food processor and the operation of rotisserie machine used to cook chickens and meat
Seasoning of food during cooking for the appropriate taste, portion food, place in dishes, add gravy, sauces and garnishes
Preparation of sauces, salads and dressings
Creation of recent dishes and estimate food requirements
Preparation of raw meat and chicken and cooking as required
Preparation and making of various desserts
Train recent kitchen staff
Following cleaning and hygiene rules in accordance with regulations and company policy
