About the Role
As our Receptionist, you'll be the friendly face and voice of our dealership, greeting customers, answering enquiries, and supporting our service and parts teams with day-to-day administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers in a warm, professional manner




Answer and direct incoming phone calls
Manage appointment bookings and daily coordination
Provide general administrative support to the service and parts departments
Maintain a clean and welcoming front-of-house area
Assist with data entry and basic office duties

Reliable, punctual, and organised
Basic computer skills
