Westpac is seeking Indigenous Call Centre Support roles based in NSW, commencing 18th September 2026 or 25th September 2026. You will handle everyday banking inquiries from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander customers, building genuine connections with sensitivity and respect.
Roles are full time and onsite at Kogarah, with a Monday–Friday 9:00 AM–6:30 PM schedule. Ideal candidates bring at least 5 years of customer service experience, robust customer focus, and the ability to coach others
