About The Role
As Billing Officer you will ensure Hospital invoices issued to Health Insurers, patients and third parties are accurately billed within 5 days of a patients discharge date and in accordance with the individual contract rules.
Your main duties will include:
Identifies and understands the needs and expectations of our customers.Interaction with customers in a qualified and courteous mannerEstablish and maintain a professional network with worker of related industries and businesses
About You
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (particularly Excel and Outlook)High level interpersonal and communication skillsCustomer service focusedEfficient time management skillsAbility to work autonomously and as part of a teamExcellent Analytical Skills
