About the role
n SCA Engineering Pty Ltd is expanding the services they offer and are looking to employ 2 tradesman and an apprentice to join their team. The position's are for immediate start and remunerations will be discussed at the interview. Paying well above the award rate.

What we are looking for:

n

n
Formal trade qualification or apprenticeship completion in steel fabrication, as a welder, fitter- welder or boilermaker
n
Mechanically minded with robust knowledge of fabrication techniques and welding processes (Mig & Tig)
n
Experience in operating a Press Brake, Guillotine and Hydraulic Press
n
Able to read and interpret fabrication drawings
n
Able to use hand tools safely and efficiently
n
Ability to work both as a team member or independently
n
Physically fit and capable to carry out duties as required
n
Must be mechanically minded
n
Competency in using hand tools
n
Able to work as a team member
n




Interested in learning new skills and techniques in steel fabrication
n
Have good work ethics
n

What we offer

Good remuneration and some overtime. Work along side experienced Tradesmen in a well equip factory.
n
All training offered in using CNC Press Brake, Saws, Drills, Roller and plasma. We fabricate a variety of products, no 2 days are the same. You will have the chance to work with aluminium, stainless steel and mild steel, in both heavy fabrication and sheet-metal work.
