Junction Support Services, based in Victoria, seeks a Youth Development Coach for the Education First Youth Foyer on a part time fixed-term basis. The role focuses on coaching young people aged 16–24 to progress education, employment, wellbeing, and independent living.

You will use Advantaged Thinking, help clients recognise strengths, build confidence and create long-term pathways out of homelessness while working nights on a rotating roster.
