Our menu will celebrate quality Italian cooking with a modern Mediterranean influence, centred around fresh produce, bold flavours and thoughtful execution.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a brand-new venue from the beginning and help shape its kitchen, standards and culture.
We’re seeking chefs who:
Have experience working in a professional, quick-paced kitchen
Take pride in quality, consistency and presentation
Are reliable, motivated and work well within a team
Maintain solid organisation, cleanliness and kitchen standards
Have experience with Italian or Mediterranean cuisine—highly regarded
