We are expanding and need experienced RC and Aircore drillers to join our team.

We are seeking experienced drillers in both RC and Aircore to assist with the increase of work. The ideal candidates will be team players with the ability to train offsiders and future drillers.Need to have a solid understand and experience with RC and Aircore Drilling.

Be able to lead, motivate and mentor team members whilst maintaining Kennedy Drillings values of safety and performance.

You will be responsible for ensuring drilling and sampling are carried out correctly and in accordance with Kennedy Drilling Safety Standards.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Run a protected, productive drill site
An understanding of drill programs
Manage and mentor offsiders and rig operations
Maintain correct drilling practices and techniquesEnsure samples and procedures meet quality standards
Communicate with clients, crew, and management
Ensure personal comply with Company WHS regulations and site‑specific rules
Experience as RC and Aircore Driller;
Certificate III in Drilling Operations (or willing to obtain)
Australian HR Drivers' Licence;
Senior First Aid (or willing to obtain)
National Police Clearance (or willing to obatin)
Able to pass pre‑employment medical + drug & alcohol screen
