CNC Machine / Press Brake Operator – Full-Time Permanent

Ferrocut is South Australia’s leading and most progressive steel profile cutting company , servicing mining, engineering, agricultural, defence, tooling, and automotive industries.

We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled CNC Machine / Press Brake Operator to join our production team.

This full-time permanent role operates Monday to Friday in a fast-paced environment, combining machine operation, crane and forklift driving, and basic machine maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
Operate CNC machines / Brake Press safely and efficiently
Operate overhead cranes and forklifts for material handling
Perform routine machine maintenance and inspections
Read and interpret technical/mechanical drawings
Ensure safety, quality, and production targets are consistently met

About You

To succeed, you must have:
CNC machine operation experience (preferred)
Press brake operation experience (preferred)




Overhead crane driving experience (preferred)
Current forklift license (essential)
Strong mechanical/technical drawing knowledge
Sheet metal fabrication background (Advantageous)
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
“Can-do” attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic
Ability to perform physical/manual tasks safely
