We are a newly opened automotive family business based in Bibra Lake and are looking for a qualified and experienced Vehicle Glass Fitter to join our growing team.

This is a full-time position with the majority of work being completed on the road. You will be operating from a company-supplied vehicle, providing high-quality mobile windscreen and automotive glass replacement and repair services to our customers.

About the Role
Mobile windscreen replacement and chip repairs
Removal and refitting of automotive glass (all vehicle types)
ADAS recalibration experience highly regarded
Providing qualified, friendly customer service onsite
Maintaining vehicle stock, tools, and cleanliness

About You
Qualified and experienced Vehicle Glass Fitter
Current manual driver’s licence
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship




Ability to work independently and manage your schedule efficiently
Reliable, punctual, and customer-focused
Good problem-solving skills
