Job Description

Restaurant Manager At Numa Italian, we are looking for a skilled Restaurant Manager to work on a full-time basis (at least 38 hours per week). Duties and Responsibilities:
Managing the overall operations of the restaurant, ensuring efficient coordination between kitchen and front-of-house teams.
Leading, supervising and supporting staff members to maintain high service standards and a productive workplace setting.
Managing staff rostering, performance monitoring and onboarding of recent employees in line with operational requirements.
Handling customer relations, resolving service issues professionally and maintaining a consistently positive dining experience.
Monitoring operational budgets,



labour expenses and daily revenue performance to support the financial objectives of the business.
Coordinating purchasing and stock control processes to ensure adequate supply levels and minimise operational disruptions.
Implementing and maintaining workplace procedures relating to food safety, hygiene, licensing requirements and overall business compliance.

Requirements
Relevant qualification or 3 years of experience in lieu of the qualification.
At least 1 year of experience.
Valuable time management skills and able to work under pressure.
