Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily restaurant operations

Manage and motivate front-of-house and kitchen teams

Ensure exceptional customer service

Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards

Monitor costs and drive sales growth

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
n
Solid leadership and team management skills
n
Excellent communication and customer service skills
n




Passion for hospitality and delivering high-quality experiences
n
Must have RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol)
n
Must have the correct visa to work in Australia
n
Must hold First Aid certification
n
