Job Description

Braddock Group Pty Ltd's Sisterup program seeks a Team Leader for Mentoring and Supports. The role is hybrid, managing mentors, participants and scheduling, with around 15–20 hours of supports weekly.

You will liaise with families and care teams, ensure programs meet NDIS standards, and contribute to program quality and participant outcomes while building robust relationships and providing community-based supports.
