Nextt is seeking a reliable and confident male Disability Support Worker to join a male participant’s support team in Blackburn. You will work in a 2:1 support arrangement, focusing on active, community-based assistance and connection-building.
Swimming with the participant is expected, along with following support plans and PBS strategies. Shift documentation and collaborating with Allied Health specialists are key parts of the role.
