You will lead a dedicated rural health leadership team, ensure protected, high-quality, person-centred care, and foster a supportive, empowered workplace for staff, residents, and families.

The role requires current NSW RN registration, NSW Working With Children Check, a Class C driver’s licence, and excellent teamwork.
