The role involves planning and managing complex medium to large scale projects, coordinating estimates and tender submissions, and preparing technical documentation for clients.
The candidate will examine building permit applications for current buildings, alterations and changes of occupancy, and mentor Cadets and Graduate Building Surveyors.
