In the role of a Associate Engineer (Operations Support) you will join our Data Platform Operations that’s doubling down on owning it and moving with speed.

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:
Review changes and support during offshore hours.
Provide Service Nab and IT Change process guidance to DDO and Platform teams.
Run Data Platforms Change forum.
Assist with producing metrics and status reports.
Co-ordinate Incident resolution including high priority Incident tech calls.
Assign/follow-up Incidents towards resolution

We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll have:




Extensive experience in incident Governance and Co-ordination
Excellent documentation and communication skills.
Strong commitment to quality and auditability
An expert user of Service NOW (IT Service Management Tool ITSM ).
Must be valuable with people and able to provide guidance under pressure.
Able to work with a wide range of stakeholders i.e. Service Delivery, Data and Ops Engineers, Delivery teams and L3 Support
Must have a base aware of ITiL Framework (IT information Library) that provides the guidelines for IT Change
