Queensland Rail is seeking an Onboard Customer Service Supervisor in Bundaberg to lead a small onboard team, deliver world‑class service on the Bundaberg, Spirit of Queensland and Outback trains, and ensure safety and ticket compliance.

This permanent full‑time role requires a rotating roster with days, overnights, weekends and public holidays; up to 4‑day trips away; base salary of A$83,657 plus 12.75% super, with potential total earnings up to A$130,000 per year plus super.
