Tech Mahindra Australia is seeking an experienced Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of large-scale enterprise solutions within the telecommunications domain. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned architect with solid expertise in Java, WebLogic, OSS/BSS platforms, and AWA, who thrives in driving technical innovation and delivering business-critical solutions.

What You'll Do

n

Design and implement scalable, high-performance software architectures using Java 11.
n
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into robust solution designs.
n
Lead the architecture and implementation of OSS/BSS solutions aligned with business objectives.
n
Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to development teams.
n
Conduct architecture and code reviews to ensure quality, scalability, and best practices.
n
Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements to enhance delivery effectiveness.
n
Drive innovation by staying current with industry trends and architectural best practices.
n
Partner with stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes and strategic alignment.
n

Must-Have Skills

n

Strong experience with Oracle WebLogic

n

Deep understanding of OSS/BSS platforms and frameworks

n

Experience with AWA (Application Workload Automation)

n

Robust problem-solving and analytical skills

n

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

n

Nice to Have

n

DevOps practices and tools
n
Experience leading technical teams and large-scale programs
n
Architecture certifications such as TOGAF or AWS Certified Solutions Architect

What We're Looking For

n

n
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
n
10–15 years of experience in software engineering and solution architecture.
n
Proven track record of designing and delivering enterprise-scale technology solutions.
n
Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and guide cross-functional teams.
