The Original PC Doctor is seeking remote internet and modem support technicians to assist customers across Australia from home, via phone and remotely. You'll diagnose connectivity issues, configure modems/routers, and guide clients through NBN types, DNS and Wi‐Fi setups while coordinating any onsite visits when needed.
