About the Role

They are looking for a Family Lawyer who enjoys client work, values autonomy and wants a role that feels sustainable long‑term.

Whilst we are offering a full‑time prospect - part‑time is also available.

For the right lawyer, the firm can offer a 3‑day per week arrangement with hybrid work.

This is a great option if you’re wanting more balance,



fewer hours or a softer landing into a new role.

Responsibilities
Parenting and property matters
Divorce and separation work
Consent orders and agreements
The option to include Wills & Estates work if you enjoy it
Lots of meaningful client contact and relationship building

Required Skills
A Family Lawyer wanting more balance
A minimum of 2 years PQE
Someone who enjoys a calmer, relationship‑focused practice
A lawyer who wants autonomy with support
Someone looking to work 3, 4 or 5 days
