Design & Build Recruitment is seeking a senior HR/IR leader for a large, complex construction project in NSW. This FIFO, site-based role will lead the HR/IR team and partner with project leadership, unions and subcontractors to deliver workforce strategy and industrial relations outcomes.
You will own employee relations, interpret enterprise agreements, manage disputes, and ensure compliance with the Fair Work Act.
