Overview

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to support outpatient clinic operations across Hand Surgery, Gastroenterology, and Urology.

This role focuses on routine patient care, follow-ups, and care coordination in a collaborative, physician-led workplace.

What You'll Do
Conduct outpatient visits for current and established patients
Perform histories and physicals
Manage routine follow-ups and post-procedure care
Order and review labs and imaging (within scope)
Provide patient education and treatment guidance
Support telehealth visits as needed
Coordinate care with physicians and clinical staff
Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Scope
Routine clinic visits and follow-ups
Pre- and post-procedure care




Diagnostic workups (labs, imaging)
Telehealth check-ins

This is a team-oriented role — complex cases are escalated to supervising physicians.

What We're Looking For
Active NP or PA license
Board certified
DEA (if required)
2+ years outpatient experience preferred
Experience in surgical, GI, urology, or multispecialty settings is a plus
Comfortable with EMR and telehealth workflows
Solid communication and team mindset

Schedule
Monday–Friday, standard business hours
Flexible part-time or full time
Mix of in-person and telehealth
No routine nights or weekends
