A well-established commercial builder is seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Administrator to join their growing team.

Delivering projects across education, health, commercial and government sectors valued up to $20M, this is an opportunity to join a business with a robust pipeline of secured work and genuine long-term career opportunities.

Working closely with the Project Manager and Construction Manager, you'll take ownership of the commercial and contractual management of projects while mentoring junior Contracts Administrators and Cadets.

About the role
Procurement of subcontractor trade packages
Tender analysis, scope reviews and subcontract negotiations
Contract administration across GC21, MW and Australian Standard contracts
Managing variations, EOTs, progress claims and contract compliance
Cost control, procurement scheduling and commercial reporting
Working closely with clients, consultants and subcontractors




Supporting and mentoring junior Contracts Administrators
Using Procore, Aconex and other project management systems

About you
5+ years' experience as a Contracts Administrator within commercial construction
Experience delivering commercial projects up to approximately $20M
Strong knowledge of GC21, MW and Australian Standard contracts
Excellent commercial acumen and negotiation skills
Experience using Procore and/or Aconex
Robust communication and stakeholder management skills
