Shadforth is recruiting experienced estimators to join our Pre-Contracts Team on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland. You will lead pricing for detailed civil tenders across subdivisions, earthworks and roadworks, with a focus on competitive, first principles estimates.
You will review drawings and contracts, identify risks and prospects, and work closely with delivery teams and subcontractors to ensure accurate, constructible solutions. Mentoring junior staff is encouraged and valued.
