What we’re looking for:n

Minimum 5 years PAE in property or commercial law, with robust knowledge of Queensland property legislation

Demonstrated experience in drafting and negotiating contracts, leases, and development documents
n
A proactive, solutions-focused approach to client service and legal problem-solving
n
Robust commercial acumen and ability to manage risk across diverse property transactions
n
Excellent communication skills and confidence in client-facing roles
n
Leadership potential and a collaborative mindset, with interest in mentoring junior lawyers and paralegals
n
High-level organisational skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
n

Qualifications:n n
Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB)

Admission to practice law in Australia
n
A minimum of 5 years PAE in property law
n
