We are looking for a skilled and passionate TandooriChef to join our busy restaurant team.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook authentic tandoori dishes, including breads, kebabs, and curries.
Marinate meats and prepare ingredients accordingto recipes and quality standards.
Operate and maintain the tandoor oven safely and efficiently.
Ensure food is prepared consistently and presented to a high standard.
Maintain a clean, organised, and hygienic work area.
Follow all food safety and workplace health regulations.
Assist with stock control and kitchen preparation as required.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Tandoori Chef.
Robust knowledge of Indian cuisine and traditionaltandoor cooking techniques.
Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced kitchen.
Reliable, hardworking, and able to work as part of a team.
Adaptable availability, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
Pay: From $26.44 per hour
