Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced End-to-End Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of secure, scalable and business-aligned solutions across the utilities landscape, with a robust focus on Asset Management and Field Operations.

Required Skills & Experience
10+ years of IT experience, including significant Solution Architecture / Lead Architecture experience.
Strong experience delivering complex end-to-end enterprise solutions.
Robust knowledge of Azure and/or AWS, APIs, integration, microservices and event-driven architectures.
Experience with enterprise integration platforms, API management and messaging/event streaming.
Robust understanding of security, scalability, availability, resilience and disaster recovery.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication and architectural governance skills.

Key Responsiblities
Lead end-to-end architecture across applications, data, integration, cloud/infrastructure and security.
Translate business requirements into solution architecture, target-state designs and transition roadmaps.




Define API, integration, event-driven, mobile/offline and OT/IT architecture patterns.
Drive architecture decisions covering cloud, security, resilience, performance and operational readiness.
Develop HLDs, architecture diagrams, data flows and architecture decision records.
Lead architecture workshops, design reviews and governance.
Provide technical leadership across design, development, testing, migration, deployment and transition to operations.
Collaborate with business, enterprise architecture, engineering, cybersecurity, delivery and vendor teams.

Utilities Experience – Highly Desirable
Experience in electricity, gas or water utilities.
Strong understanding of Asset Management and Field Operations.
Experience with EAM, GIS, workforce management, scheduling and mobile field applications.
Exposure to SAP S/4HANA Asset Management, IBM Maximo, Hexagon EAM or Esri ArcGIS is advantageous.
Experience integrating ERP, GIS, customer systems, ADMS/SCADA/OMS or OT platforms is desirable
