The role supports employment governance and compliance within the People team and Payroll, focusing on contemporary awards, employment conditions and legislative obligations.

The ideal candidate has experience in payroll compliance or industrial relations, with robust knowledge of the Fair Work Act and contemporary awards, and advanced Excel skills.
