We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Female Disability Support Worker to join our team in South Penrith, NSW. This support worker role involves routine support and no personal care is involved.

Shift Details
Monday & Tuesday: 3:30pm – 6:30pm/7:00pm
Wednesday & Thursday: 7:00am – 9:00am
Location: South Penrith

Support Worker Requirements
Female support worker preferred
Calm, kind, reliable, and engaging personality with the ability to build rapport
Enjoys providing companionship
Previous experience supporting participants with Autism, Youth and Mental Health is highly desirable

Key Responsibilities

The successful Support Worker will assist with:
Routine support
Getting ready for school
No personal care involved
Building participant to be independent
