About the Role
Smart Berries handles shipments across both domestic and international markets and is seeking a skilled Logistics Coordinator to help ensure our supply chain operations run smoothly and efficiently. This role will be responsible for coordinating domestic and international shipments, supporting the maintenance of a reliable cold chain, building solid relationships with freight carriers, and ensuring our logistics processes are managed efficiently and effectively. Other responsibilities of the role include:
Monitor supply chains and shipments




Engage in regular communication with transport & QA/harvest teams
Ensure timely schedules are met
Maintain accurate and consistent records & labelling processes
Address delivery or specification errors to promote client satisfaction
Manage inventory databases (consumables, packaging)

About You
This role will suit someone who has strong communication and problem-solving skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a quick-paced environment. In addition, you will have the following:
Familiarity with best practices in supply chain management
Ability to use data in making logistics more effective
Comfort using common logistics management software, Excel, Bartender, general booking portals
Strong customer service capabilities
Understanding of both warehouse and transportation management
