About the role

Front of House staff role at Coolparts, a busy HVAC-R trade wholesale business. You'll be the friendly face at the front counter, working with a tight-knit team in a fast-paced wholesale workplace.

Key responsibilities
Being the friendly face at the front counter
Helping tradies and customers with orders and enquiries
Answering phones and keeping things moving smoothly
Supporting the team with day-to-day warehouse/counter tasks
Keeping the front area organised and running like clockwork

About you
Has experience in trade wholesale, parts, or similar industries
Knows how to handle a busy counter with confidence
Is reliable, switched-on, and easy to work with
Preference for electrical/HVAC experience
