About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Management Accountant (Junior) to join our growing team in Bibra Lake, Western Australia. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to gain practical experience in the accountancy field.

What you’ll do
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoicing, payments, staff expenses, and credit control
Perform bank and general ledger reconciliations, journals, and month-end close activities
Maintain asset registers and support stocktakes, inventory reconciliations, and record keeping.
Oversee vehicle and operational administration, including registrations, fuel cards, and servicing records




Reconcile GST and PAYG accounts and support compliance with Australian accounting and tax requirements
Provide accurate financial and administrative support to the finance team and the wider business
Maintain contract registers and ensure activities comply with internal policies and Quality Management Systems

What you’ll bring
Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (completed)
At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role (required)
Exposure to management accounting or project accounting (highly regarded)
Previous experience in a manufacturing industry or similar (will be advantageous)
Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and reconciliations
Positive Excel skills
High attention to detail and solid organisational skills
Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks
Experience with an Australian accounting system (MYOB, Reckon etc.) (desirable)
Exposure to GST, BAS, or ATO reporting (desirable)
