About the Role

We’re on the hunt for a Beverage Production Assistant to join our central beverage production team, supplying batched cocktails and house-made ingredients across our venues. Based in our CBD production space, this role is behind the scenes but essential — everything that leaves the room needs to be right, every time.

This suits an experienced cocktail bartender looking for extra day shifts, who knows their way around a prep kit and enjoys the process as much as the pour.

Responsibilities
Batching cocktails at volume for our 12 venues
Making syrups, infusions and garnishes from scratch
R&D; on ingredients, drinks and technique
Processing and fulfilling venue orders




Quality control across everything that leaves the room
Cleaning and maintaining the workspace, glassware and equipment
Making deliveries across venues

About You
Real prep experience — you know your way around syrups, infusions and batching
Organised and methodical, with a sharp eye for detail
Creative thinking welcome — we develop here as well as produce
Comfortable working independently and keeping standards high without supervision
A current driver’s licence (essential)
Availability Tuesday–Friday, with hours increasing heading into the busy season
