W3Global is seeking two exceptional geotechnical engineers for a long-haul delivery path in Australia. Role 1 targets an experienced geotechnical engineer who can deliver and certify reports, run advanced analyses, and mentor junior staff, steering toward technical leadership.

You will review and sign off reports, lead bulk earthworks investigations, run Plaxis 2D/3D analyses, and contribute to QA and continuous improvement initiatives, with cross-training in Screw Pier design as needed.
